Swedish massage is a full-body massage technique that focuses on relaxation, stress reduction, and improving circulation. It involves a combination of techniques like stroking, kneading, tapping, and friction to manipulate muscles and promote overall well-being. This type of massage is designed to be gentle and relaxing, often using massage oils or lotions to lubricate the skin and improve the flow of blood and oxygen to the muscles.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
A deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues to relieve chronic tension, pain, or stiffness. It uses slow, firm pressure and techniques like kneading, stripping, and friction to break up adhesions (knots) and improve mobility.
